The Mariner of Marco is a condominium association founded in 1977.  We are a community of nine two story buildings. Each one house 18 apartments which are two bedroom/2 bath units.  Each contain central air/heat and washer/dryer combos with dishwashers.

The community consists of Phase 1 with Buildings 1-5 and Phase 2 with Buildings 6-9 which are divided by Greenbrier St. Each of the two phases has a swimming pool  the administrative work is conducted the office which is situated in the Hardy Building.

The Mariner is in a great location at the intersection of Collier Blvd and San Marco Rd, directly across from The Resident's Beach at the heart of Marco Island's beautiful shoreline.  The sunsets are magnificent!

Leasing Procedures

Lessor/agent submits to the Association Office an executed copy of the lease, 14 days prior to occupancy for Association approval.
After the Association has reviewed and acted upon the lease, it will be retained in the owner's file.  If the Association neither approves nor disapproves the lease within the time stated above, such failure to act shall be deemed equal to approval to lessor/agent. This procedure must be followed for each period of occupancy. In the case of an annual lease the lessor/agent need only advise the Association in writing that he plans to renew the previous lease and define the applicable dates.
Lessee must register at the Association Office within 24 hours of arrival.
For guests arriving after hours, weekends, or holidays, registration cards should be obtained by the Lessor/Agent and left in the unit. Completed cards should be dropped in the Association Office mail slot.
